I work with clients of all ages and abilities from youth swimmers, competitive athletes, models, to my aunts and uncles.

My ideal client is anybody who has a positive attitude and is willing to put in the work to achieve the goals they have set out for themselves.

I don't believe in cookie cutter approaches as we are all different in many ways therefore you will always receive an individualised training program to meet your needs when training with me.
